WHAT IS OUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Please note that it must be in the original, unworn condition to be accepted for returns/exchanges (unless it is a manufacture defect).
DO I NEED TO PAY POSTAGE FOR MY RETURN?
You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return unless a prepaid return shipping label was made for you. Please note that we only provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers who have received a defective product. To request for a return shipping label, please reach out to our customer support team.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
We will issue a refund for your original form of payment once we have received the merchandise. Once we have received your package, please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account.
WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE?
We will issue an exchange once we have received the merchandise. Once we have received your package, please allow 3-8 business days for an exchange to be processed and shipped.
In the event we are out of stock of the size or item you wish to exchange for, our Customer Service Team will contact you and ask whether you wish to receive your original product or receive a refund.
